The Singapore Government has recently revamped its Singapore Personal Access orSingPass solution with the aid of the nation’s eGovt solutions provider, CrimsonLogic.
SingPass, is a common onlineID and password used by users to transact with the Singapore Government online.
With the enhancements users can now reset their password online. They are required to first answer questions about themselves correctly, before receiving a code on their pre-registered mobile phones and another code on the online screen. After that then use these codes together to reset their password. Users can also enjoy the ease and convenience of a single log-in page instead of the previous two-step process.
“CrimsonLogic is proud to be selected as the service provider of the new SingPass system. We attribute our success to our domain expertise and technological know-how. The entire team at CrimsonLogic is dedicated to transforming the way the public interacts with the Government,” Said Leong Peng Kiong, CEO of CrimsonLogic. |
